Project Overview

With the onset of remote work, especially in Oil & Gas, agile methodology became vital to ensure continued efficiency and value delivery. I was honored to be able to serve as an agile coach and scrum master, helping Chevron to drive agile adoption.

My Contributions

While still functioning as a GIS Developer, I also served as a Scrum Master for three separate teams within Chevron Pipeline & Power. Teams included: Facility Inspector Optimization, Task Optimization, and Remote Coaching & Assessing.

Established new agile teams within Chevron Pipeline & Power to meet business goals with IT capabilities. Together with leadership, I taught sessions explaining the methods and approach of agile frameworks. Responsibilities also included collaborating with new Product Owners and Scrum Masters to appropriately form teams, establish a charter, and ensure value delivery.
